This chamber summons seeks amendment of the plaint in terms of the schedule of proposed amendment annexed to the chamber summons. Amendment is necessitated as a result of the suit property undergoing change as a result of its redevelopment. Consequent upon such redevelopment, the description of the property is being changed with an explanation of such change in the body of the plaint and some prayers are sought to be deleted, whilst the others are being added. For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the chamber summons, the chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Amendment to be carried out within two weeks.
