I am satisfied that the Consent by ARUN RAMCHANDRA SANKPAL Date: 2021.01.20 10:51:30 +0530 Terms are in order, not contrary to law and have been drawn by the parties of their own volition in reflection of their true intentions. 2.

A soft copy of the Consent Terms will be uploaded as the second order in the matter. The Registry is to ensure that the hard copy of the signed Consent Terms is permanently retained on file as 19th January 2021

The undertakings, if any, in the Consent Terms being accepted as undertakings to the Court.

The Testamentary Petition and Testamentary Suit are disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms. 5.

The Probate is to be issued as required by the Consent Terms. Issuance of Probate is expedited and is to be done in three weeks from now, subject to all just exceptions.

The Testamentary Department will not raise any further objections in regard to the Testamentary Petition. 7.
