It is submitted that the Competent Authority (CA) may prepare and finalize a new Annexure-II in accordance with the order passed by the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Slum Rehabilitation Authority (SRA) on 15 June 2016. It is agreed that the new developer will be appointed after finalization of eligibility of the slum dwellers in accordance with law. CA shall complete the exercise concerning the new Annexure II within a period of six weeks from today.
