After the earlier order, the affidavit has been filed. The affidavit filed by the Central Railway takes care of the issue highlighted in this Court's order dated 15.11.2019. 2.
A perusal of this affidavit shows that steps are being taken to recruit additional personnel in the Railway Protection Force. 3.
In view of the above affidavit and finding that there is no assistance from the PIL petitioners, we dispose of these PILs. 4.
In view of the disposal of the PILs, nothing survives in the Notice of Motion (L) No.26 of 2013 and the same is disposed of accordingly.
