Perused the Chamber Summons and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Chamber Summons, the Chamber Summons is allowed and the Applicant is allowed to be joined as party Defendant No.2 to the Suit. All contentions of the parties are kept open. Amendment to be carried out on or before 15-03-2017. Ad-interim order shall continue. However, the newly added Defendant No.2 shall be at liberty to move this Court for vacating/varying/modification of the ad-interim order, which Application if ssp 1/2
