The Company Application is for two reliefs. Firstly, it is prayed that the Applicant be permitted to amend the cause title of the Company Scheme Petition and the proceedings therein by substituting the name of WMI Cranes Limited with WMI Konecranes India Ltd. The name change has been sought on the basis of a certificate of incorporation issued by the Government of India, Ministry of Corporate Affairs, on 28 September 2011. The certificate of incorporation is produced with the Company Application. Secondly, it is prayed that the specified assets which form part of the resulting company by virtue of the scheme of arrangement sanctioned by this Court have undergone a change of description. The Survey and Hissa-numbers of the immovable property, forming part of the demerged undertaking have undergone certain changes.

The changes are indicated in the old and revised schedules annexed to the affidavit in support of the Company Application. The applicant has made out a case for grant of these amendments. The application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) and (c). The amendments shall be carried out within a period of two weeks from today.
