Perused the Notice of Motion and the Affidavit in support thereto. For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion, the delay of approximately 7 days in filing the above Petition under Section 34 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 impugning the Award dated 05-05-2016 is condoned. The Notice of Motion is accordingly disposed of.

The learned Advocate for the Petitioner shall remove office objections raised in the above Petition within a period of one week from today. Affidavit in Reply if any to be filed by the Respondent within two weeks from today. Place the Petition for Admission on 06-04-2017.
