By this petition, the petitioner seeks direction to the respondents to decide the application filed by the petitioner for renewal of the licence for the business of sale of eatables. It is stated that the application filed by the petitioner for renewal of the licence on 5th December, 2014 is not decided till date.

Ms. Mahadik, learned counsel for the respondent Corporation states that the petitioner has violated some of the terms and conditions of the licence and hence, the licence of the petitioner is not renewed. It is stated that a formal order would be passed on the application filed by the petitioner for renewal of the licence at the earliest. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the
