---- CORAM : K.R.SHRIRAM,J DATE : 6.4.2018 P.C.:- Mr.Pratap appearing for the plaintiff on instructions, states that on 17.1.2017 Prothonotary & Senior Master had passed a self operative order directing that the plaintiff/plaintiff's advocate to remove all office objections and get the suit numbered on or before 14.2.2017 failing which suit would stand rejected under Rule 986 of the Bombay High Court (O.S) Rules. Mr.Pratap states that the plaint has an endorsement from the erstwhile advocate stating all objections have been complied with on 31.1.2017 but it appears that registry has raised some fresh objections on the same date. I have also seen the objections raised and Mr.Pratap is correct.

2/2 CHOL1474.17-21 Mr.Pratap states these objections will be complied with within one week from today. Statement accepted. In view of the statement made by Mr.Pratap, suit stands restored. All office objections to be removed on or before 16.4.2018. If objections are not complied with, the suit will stand dismissed without further reference to this court.

Mr.Abhimanyu Singh appearing for defendant nos.1 & 2 presses for costs. Plaintiff to pay sum of Rs.5000/- as donation to Maharashtra Legal Aid Services Authority within two weeks from today.

Chamber order disposed accordingly.
