This is an application under Section 446 of the Companies Act for leave to proceed with the Summary Suit No.578 of 2014 filed against M/s. Medrel Pharmaceuticals Pvt. Ltd. (in liquidation).

For the reasons stated in the affidavit in support of the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

It is however made clear that the applicant will not insist for the presence of the Official Liquidator and/or its representative except for one occasion for producing the record of the respondent company in Court.
