In view of the disposal of connected Writ Petition Nos.3277 of 2012 and 3279 of 2012, the present Petition can also be conveniently disposed of in terms of the said order dated 29th July 2013. Accordingly, the impugned order and the decision of the Management Council taken on 30.10.2009 is quashed and set aside. The Management Council shall consider the recommendations of the Grievance Committee afresh after giving opportunity to the parties of being heard. The Management Council shall take a fresh decision as expeditiously as

wp.2605-2011 possible and preferably within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of order passed by this Court. All contentions raised in the petition are kept open.

Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. Rule is accordingly made absolute in aforesaid terms.
