The learned counsel appearing for the Respondents on instructions states that action has been taken as the Petitioner - Bank failed to pay fees towards renewal. He states that if the payment of fees is made upto date by the Petitioner, the Trade Mark subject matter of this Petition will be restored in the Register of Trade Marks.
