The Notice of Motion seeks to recall the order dated 24 January 2008 passed in Writ Petition No.2532 of 1991 and restore the Writ Petition to file. The Writ Petition was dismissed on 24 January 2008 for default, as none appeared on behalf of the Petitioner.

The Notice of Motion was filed sometime in December 2010 after almost two years. Even otherwise, the reasons set out in para 5 of the Affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion do not make out sufficient cause Uday.P.Kambli 1/2
