The present Petition is for the adoption of two female siblings named Monika born on 17th August 2010 and Didi born on 17th August 2011. They were found abandoned by Panchavati Police Station, Nashik on 5th July 2013. They were produced before Child Welfare Committee, Nashik on that day and custody was given to the Petitioner institution Adharashram, Nashik. The admission orders are on record. Both minors have been declared legally free for adoption. The necessary undertaking by the Petitioner, the no

objection certificate from CARA and the other relevant documents are on record.

The proposed adopters are Spanish nationals from Sevilla, Spain. Both about 39 years old and married for the last 11 years from 4th June 2005, with no biological children of their own. 3.

The health reports of the adopters are in order. The first adopter father works as a Production Manager with a Family Company with a gross annual income of over Euro 82,000/- and the net income of over Euro 55,000/-. His wife works in the administration section of the company with a net income of over Euro 21,000/-.

Mr. Kapoor tenders income tax returns of the adopters. These are taken on record and marked "X1" for identification. The compilation also contains a child care plan. The home study report is positive. It notes that the father owns 12.2% shares of the company for which he works. Couple has been recommended for adoption. The minors' health reports are normal and without any noted condition. The undertaking of the sponsoring agency is also on record.

The Child Care plan submitted today notes that the mother can take four months' paid leave in accordance with Spanish Law. The father will also be involved daily in the care of the children. It is also noted that there are private and public schools close to the parents home.

The scrutiny report of Mr. Hareendran is taken on record and marked "X2" for identification.

The Petition is allowed and the Judge's Order is separately signed.
