For reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Notice of Motion, the delay in taking out the above Notice of Motion is condoned and the order passed by the Prothonotary and Senior Master dated 24-01-2017 is set aside and the Suit (L) No.175 of 2016 and the proceedings therein, are restored to file. Ad-interim order granted earlier shall continue. 2.

The Plaintiff shall remove office objections within a period of one week from today.
