By a separate order passed today in Arbitration Application No.340 of 2018, a sole Arbitrator is already appointed to adjudicate the disputes and differences between the parties. 3.

In view of the appointment of the Arbitrator, it would be appropriate and in the interest of justice that the present petition filed under section 9 of the Arbitration and Conciliation

The learned Arbitrator shall take up adjudication of the section 17 application as expeditiously as possible and shall decide the same within a period of one month from the petitioner filing their statement of claim.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.

All contentions of the parties on merits are kept expressly kept open.
