The Suit is disposed of in accordance with the Consent Terms. Refund of court fee in accordance with law. 4.

Interim/ad-interim orders, if any, stand vacated forthwith. 5.

All interlocutory applications are infructuous and are disposed of as such.

A scanned copy of the Consent Terms will be provided and the same will be uploaded as Order No. 2 in today's date. 7.
