Heard the learned counsel for the applicant/writ petitioner and the learned counsel for respondent nos. 1 to 4. A fresh attachment warrant sought to be executed by the Municipal Corporation will give a fresh cause of action to the applicant. Therefore, the applicant will have to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with the law for challenging the action of attachment. We, accordingly, dispose of the notice 1/2
