By consent, and without in any manner addressing the merits, the parties agree that the interim order dated 20th September 2019 is set aside. The Application under Section 17 will be restored to file and the learned Sole Arbitrator will hear both sides and pass a fresh order uninfluenced by the previous one. Both sides will be heard fully and adequate notice will be given to the present Claimant (1st Respondent in arbitration). It is noted that both sides accept that in the previous order of 30th September 2019 the present Petitioner was not heard.

Mr Mehta undertakes to file his vakalatnama for the Respondent during the course of the day.
