Heard the learned counsel appearing for the respective parties.

The dispute between parties is amicably settled and parties have filed consent terms. The consent terms are signed by the Talwalkar

3.wpl3346.17.doc respective parties alongwith their respective counsel. Petitioner No. 2 is present on behalf of the petitioners. Mr. Deepak Saru, Deputy Engineer is present on behalf of respondent No. 1. Sitaram Shetty, Secretary of respondent No. 4 is present. Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 are also present. On specific query with the parties, they state that they have gone through the consent terms and understood the contents thereof. They further state that they have no objection to dispose of the petition in terms of Consent Terms.

In the light of the above statement, Consent Terms are taken on record and marked as Article X for identification. Petition is disposed of in terms of Consent Terms.

Court Receiver is discharged without passing of accounts, subject to the cost and charges, payable by the parties as per the order dated 4/12/2017 within a period of 2 weeks from today. Cost of the representatives of the Court Receiver is quantified at Rs. 5000/- each. Court Receiver's Report No. 3 of 2018 is disposed of accordingly.
