The notice of motion has not been prosecuted for the last 8 years. The notice of motion has been expedited by the Appeal Court on 5th February, 2010 after which also it is not prosecuted. The notice of motion is dismissed. 2.

The written statement is filed by defendant Nos. 1 and 2.
