The Petition is for leave under Clause XII of the Letters Patent. The proposed Suit is for recovery of a money claim. A material part of the cause of action is said to have arisen in Mumbai within the jurisdiction of this Court. However, Defendants Nos. 2, 3 and 4 are outside the jurisdiction of this Court. I am satisfied that with leave granted under Clause XII of the Letters Patent, this Court will have the necessary jurisdiction to entertain and try the suit. 2.
