Heard Mr. More, learned Advocate for Applicant / Petitioner.

This Interim Application has been filed by the Applicant for seeking post grant amendment in respect of grant of Letters of Administration dated 03.06.2022 passed by this Court. The rectification to the Schedule of Assets is required to be carried out. The rectification sought for by the Applicant is in the Schedule of Property at Exhibit "B" page No.9 of the Interim Application. 3.

I have perused the Interim Application.

For the reasons mentioned in the Interim Application, Interim Application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause ' a' which reads thus:- "a) Amendment may be allowed in the Grant of Letters of Administration as per Exhibit - B."

Prothonotary and Senior Master of this Court is directed to accept the original grant for carrying out rectification as directed by this Court.

The rectification shall be carried out within a period of eight weeks from today. Re-verification stands dispensed with. 7.
