Heard Mr.Rahul D.Oak, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Ms.Karuna Yadav, learned Counsel for the respondent. 2.

The learned Counsel appearing for the parties have tendered the consent terms dated 14/01/2015 duly signed by the parties and their advocates. The parties have agreed to equally distribute the amount of Rs.74,700/- invested in a fixed deposit by the Registrar, Industrial Court, Mumbai along with accrued interest. The learned Counsel appearing for the parties submit that the controversy between the parties is amicably settled and the petition maybe disposed of in terms of the consent terms. Ms.Yadav states that respondent is present in the Court. She identifies him. The consent

The consent terms are taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. After perusing the consent terms, I am satisfied that the controversy between the parties is amicably and lawfully settled in terms of the consent terms.

The petition is disposed of in terms of the consent terms. Order accordingly.
