Petitioner is challenging auction notice, which is annexed at Exhibit H. We are informed by the counsel appearing for Respondent No. 2 that the property is already auctioned. In this view of the matter, petition has become infructuous. Secondly, it is submitted that the DRT has by order dated 14.8.2013 refused to grant interim relief.
