Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner. The learned AGP on instructions submits that as on date no order of attachment under the Maharashtra Protection of Interest of Depositors (in Financial Establishments) Act, 2002 has been passed. However, the property of the accused are intimated to the Collector as well as to the Designated Court. Further, Section 4 Notifcation under the said Act has not yet been issued.

The learned AGP submits that the case details are already provided to the learned Counsel for the petitioner. In view of that, the petitioner may take appropriate steps under the law as may be permissible.
