COMPANY APPLICATION (LODG.) NO. 604 OF 2017 Heard the counsel and also considered the affidavit in support. For reasons mentioned therein, the application allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) which read as under :- (a) The Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 158 days in taking out the present Company Application to substitute the name of the Original Applicant with the present Respondent Nos. 2, 3 and 4;
(b) The Hon'ble Court be pleased to set aside the abatement to the Company Application No.189 of 2017 and further be pleased to allow the present applicant to substitute names of respondent no.2, 3 and 4 in the place of original applicant more particularly as per Schedule A annexed herein; Company application accordingly stands disposed. Amendment to be carried out and amended application to be served on or before 15th February 2018.
Notwithstanding disposal, all office objections to be removed and have the application numbered.
COMPANY APPLICATION NO. 189 OF 2017 In view of the order passed in company application (Lodg.) No.604 of 2017, stand over to 20th February 2018.
