Mr. Mehta, counsel for applicant states that Official Liquidator has filed Official Liquidator's Report No.356 of 2010 to declare the transactions of purchase of movable and immovable assets of the company (in liquidation) made by applicant in January, 2007 and June, 2007 as void. Mr. Mehta states that since the present application is to declare those transactions as valid, legal, bonafide and subsisting, any order passed in Official Liquidator's Report No.356 of 2010 will effectively dispose this application as well. Mr. Mehta states that he will raise all objections in Official Liquidator's Report No.356 of 2010 which he would have raised as submissions in support of this company application.
