By this chamber summons, the applicant seeks bringing the legal heir of the deceased Smt.Alka Vasant Nikam on record. 2.

Learned counsel for the applicant states that Smt.Alka Vasant Nikam has expired. Statement is accepted. 3.

It is not in dispute that during the life time of Smt.Alka Vasant Nikam, she has not filed any caveat inspite of service of citation. In my view, no amendment is thus required in the petition. 4.

Chamber summons is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
