The learned Advocate for the Plaintiff states that it is mentioned in the Minutes of Order dated 9 th July, 2018 that they do not intend to proceed with the Suit as against Defendant Nos.2 to 14 and he seeks to withdraw the Suit against them. In view thereof, the Suit against Defendant Nos.2 to 14 stands withdrawn. 2.

The learned Advocates for the Plaintiff and Defendant Nos.1, 15, 17 and 18 have now tendered Minutes of Order dated 9 th July, 2018. They submit that the Minutes of Order be taken on record and the above Notice of Motion No.1121 of 2015, Suit No.56 of 2014 and Chamber Summons No.63 of 2018 be disposed of in terms of the said Minutes. The Minutes of Order is taken on record and marked 'X' for ssp 1/2

nms 1121 of 2015 (910).doc identification. The Minutes are signed by the parties and their Advocates. The undertakings recorded in the Minutes are accepted. The Notice of Motion, Suit as well as Chamber Summons are disposed of in terms of the Minutes, marked 'X' .
