As between the Plaintiff and Defendants Nos. 1 to 3 the dispute is resolved. The Notice of Motion as also the Suit are proposed to be disposed of in accordance with the Consent Minutes of the Order dated 29th November 2016 signed by the Advocates for the Plaintiff and by Advocates for Defendants Nos. 1 to 3. The Consent Minutes of the Order are taken on record and marked "X"

for identification.

On behalf of Defendants Nos. 4 and 5, a statement is made that those Defendants have "no objection to the consent minutes of the order being filed and an order being passed thereon. "

The original draft has several handwritten additions and alterations although it is signed by the Advocates for both the parties. A clean copy incorporating all corrections will be filed with the Court associate and kept along with the papers. This is to be done by the end of the day on Thursday, 1st December 2016. 4.

The undertaking in paragraph 3 on behalf of Defendant No.3 is accepted as an undertaking to Court.

The Suit is decreed in terms of the Consent Minutes of the Order. Drawn up order dispensed with. The Notice of Motion will not survive and is disposed of as infructuous. 6.

Refund of Court Fees, if any, in accordance with the Rules. 7.

The original agreement between M/s. V.R. Films and Polydor of India Limited tendered on the last occasion by Defendants Nos. 4 and 5 is returned to their Advocates. The Plaintiff and Defendants Nos. 1 to 3 will take a photocopy of the original agreement. 8.
