Perused the above Application and the Affidavit in support thereto. For the reasons set out in the Affidavit in support of the Application, the above Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), which is reproduced hereunder :

"(a)that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to relieve the Applicant from an undertaking for the convening and holding of the meeting of the secured creditors of the Applicant Company to consider and approve with or without modification(s), the proposed Scheme of Arrangement and Demerger between Ramco Paper and Board Industries Private Limited and
