The petitioner as well as the respondents are served. None appeared for the parties.

By this report, the Court Receiver seeks discharge without passing accounts and for an order and direction against the petitioner to pay the costs of the Court Receiver and further directions. It appears that in the meeting held by the Court Receiver on 24th July, 2015, the representatives of the respondent no.1 informed the Court Receiver that the respondents have already settled the dispute with the petitioner company and placed on record a copy of the no dues 1/2

909-crr641-15 certificate issued by the petitioner.

The Court Receiver's Report is made absolute in terms of paragraph 7 (a) to (c). The office of the Court Receiver is directed to convey the petitioner the final account within two weeks from today. The petitioner is directed to pay such charges along with the costs of Rs.3,000/- within two weeks from the date of communication of such charges by the office of the Court Receiver.

The Court Receiver's Report is disposed of in aforesaid terms.
