The Petitioner has filed this petition,seeking the following relief: "19 a)That this Hon'ble High Court be pleased to issue a Writ of mandamus or a writ in the nature of mandamus or any other appropriate writ order or directions under Article 226 of the Constitution of India directing the Respondent No.2 to forthwith grant a hearing in respect of the application No.89 of 2013 and to dispose off the same in an expeditious manner more preferably within a period of one month." 1/2

- 2 - (WP 139 of 2015) Since this is the only relief claimed by the Petitioner, in our view, the writ petition can be conveniently disposed of by directing Respondent No.2 to dispose of the application No. 89 of 2013 as expeditiously as possible and, preferably, within a period of six months.
