After this petition was heard for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioners, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw this petition with liberty to raise all contentions in the pending proceedings. 2.

However, it needs to be observed that now it is high time for the petitioners to lead their evidence if the petitioners intends to prosecute their proceedings of Application (ICTU) No. 3 of 2012. The petitioners shall do so with expediency and the evidence on the application, which itself was of the year 2012, be commenced within a period of one month from today. 3.

Allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 4.

Disposed of as withdrawn. No costs.
