1. The report seeks a direction to permit the Liquidator to invite claims of creditors of a company in liquidation, inter alia by publishing an appropriate notice in the newspapers. In view of the fact that the company seeks to collect particulars of these claims, I find no impediment in allowing this application. Accordingly I pass the following order;

(ii) The Liquidator also seeks leave to appoint an empanelled Chartered Accountant to consider the claims, if any, received.
