The Application seeks recall of a dismissal order dated 15 November 2014. The dismissal order was on the basis of non-removal of office objections. Learned Counsel for the Applicant undertakes to remove office objections within a period of one week from today. The undertaking is accepted. The Company Application is, accordingly, allowed in terms of prayer clause (a). In the event of the Applicant's failure to do so the Company Petition shall stand dismissed.
