We are not inclined to grant the prayer made in the review petition, firstly because no ground is made out for reviewing the order dated 23.11.2017 in Writ Petition (L) No. 3244 of 2017 and secondly because the learned counsel for the petitioner had made as statement on instructions from the petitioner who was present in the Court on that date, that the petitioner would vacate the premises within two weeks and till then no action for demolition of the illegal structure may be undertaken by the Corporation-authority. We find that the petitioner who appears in person today was standing beside his counsel when the statement pertaining to the undertaking that he would vacate the premises within two weeks was made.
