The Official Assignee appearing from the office of Insolvency Department has no objection if the consent terms are taken on record. He submits that the well wisher of the Defendant Mrs. Shobhana Ramesh Shah may be directed to pay Basavraj G Patil 1/2

The Execution Application and the Chamber Summons stand disposed of in terms of the consent terms dated 30.11.2017. Consent terms be treated as a part and parcel of the order. Undertakings given by the parties in the consent terms are accepted.
