1. The Liquidator seeks leave to invite claims of workers and creditors in terms of Rule 148 (2) of the Companies (Court) Rules, 1959. At the hearing today, he also seeks a direction to the secured creditor to put the Liquidator in funds. Mr. Aithe states that Canara Bank has been notified of this hearing. However, none appears for the bank on call.
