Ms Madki for the Defendants have written instructions from the 1st Defendant, Anil Ambashankar Joshi to withdraw his Caveat. The Caveat is dismissed as withdrawn. It seems that 2nd Defendant, Jyoti Ambashankar Joshi (née Jyoti Anil Badheka) gave a Power of Attorney to Anil Joshi, and I am told across the Bar that the instructions are that both Caveats are to be withdrawn. 2.

As these are the instructions conveyed to Ms Madki, both Caveats are dismissed as withdrawn. The Petition is uncontested. It will proceed departmentally to a grant. The registry is not now to 17th October 2018

907-TS204-16.DOC insist on further proof of service of citations. Ms Bhatt, Assistant Prothonotary and Senior Master, is requested to list the matter on a priority basis so as to ensure issuance of the grant on or before 22nd November 2018.
