Pursuant to the order dated 30th October, 2015 disposing of above Petition and directing Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai to issue birth certificate of the minor child Vivan Anand Vyas born on 5.12.2014 mentioning the name of adopters Mr. Anand P. Vyas and Mrs. Monali Anand Vyas, the said corporation seems to have issued the birth certificate mentioning the address of the adopters at Flat No.2, Building No.31, Mansura, Doha, Qatar where they are temporarily residing on account of employment in Qatar.

fap-82.15.doc petitioner and upon reading affidavit of Anand Pushpakant Vyas dated 18.12.2015 and perusing Exhibit-B being a copy of the bill issued by Mahanagar Gas Limited showing permanent address of the adopters at Mumbai, it is hereby directed that the Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai do issue a birth certificate showing permanent address of the said minor Vivan Anand Vyas as 31, Madhuban Mahant CHSL, Mahant Road, Near Ruia School, Vile Parle (East), Mumbai 400 057. The Corporation shall issue the certificate with the Mumbai address only after the earlier birth certificate dated 5.12.2014 which shows the current address of the adopters at Qatar is surrendered for cancellation. Against such surrender, the Corporation shall issue the birth certificate within two weeks.

3] All concerned shall act on a certified copy of this order. Certified copy expedited.
