The Chamber Summons is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). Leave to amend without need of reverification. Amendment to be carried out on or before 11th September 2015. Copy of the amended plaint to be served on the Advocates for the Defendants. It is directed that it is not necessary to have a fresh writ of summons issued.
