This chamber summons is for leave to amend the plaint by adding respondents as defendant nos.4 and 5, respectively, and to add suitable paragraphs to the plaint. There is an affidavit of Manoj Dharse affirmed on 11th January 2018 on record confirming service upon respondents on 30th December 2017. Nobody has entered appearance for respondents. Even defendants are absent.

Therefore, chamber summons is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b) except the bracketed portion in prayer clause (b). It is made clear that no consequential amendments are allowed. Plaint to be amended and amended plaint to be served within four weeks from today. Chamber summons accordingly stands disposed.
