By this official liquidator report, the official liquidator is seeking following reliefs:

"a) In view of the para (8) of this report, considering the valuation report whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to pass such orders as it may deem fit and proper in regard to the confirmation of Sale in favour of the highest bidder i.e Vikram R Unadkat (H-1) for an amount of 1,60,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Sixty Thousand Only) for the Movable Asset (Toyota Corolla Altis bearing registration number MH-43-AF-6828) of the Company (In Liqn.) parked at the Swadeshi Mill Compound Chunabhatti, Kurla, Mumbai. "as is where is and whatever there is basis" as referred in the Sale Notice and Terms and Conditions date 25th August Digitally signed by PRIYA KAMBLI Date:

b) If prayer clause (a) is affirmative and the Hon'ble Court is confirming the sale in favour of the highest bidder, Vikram R Unadkat (H-1) of the said property for an amount of 1,60,000/- (Rupees One Lakhs Sixty Thousand Only) for the movable Asset (Toyota Corolla Altis bearing registration number MH-43-AF-6828) of the Company (In Liqn.), upon deposit of entire Sale proceed by Vikram R Unadkat (H-1) to the Official Liquidator, the Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit Official Liquidator to handover the possession of the said Toyota Corolla Altis bearing registration number MH-43-AF-6828) of the Company (In Liqn.) parked at the Swadeshi Mill Compound Chunabhatti, Kurla, Mumbai. "as is where is and whatever there is basis" as referred in the Sale Notice and Terms and Conditions date 25th August 2023.

c) In view of the para (9) of this report, whether this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct to all the Ex-Directors to deposit all the relevant Original Documents related to the said Car i.e R.C Book and Tax Receipt to the Office of the Official Liquidator for enabling Official Liquidator to hand over the same to the successful bidder."

This is in the backdrop of the order dated 10.08.2023 passed by this Court for sale of movable asset i.e. Toyota Corolla Altis. 3.

The bid summary placed on record shows that there were three participants and the highest bidder offer an amount of Rs.1,60,000/- for the said movable asset.

This Court has perused the valuation report. The highest bid can be accepted.

The valuation report shall be put back in sealed envelope. 2/3

In view of the above, the prayers made in the present official liquidator report, are granted in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (c). 7.
