This chamber summons is taken out by the Petitioner seeking permission to amend the writ petition. The amendment is necessitated because of the event subsequent to the filing of writ petition. Petition is at the stage of admission. In that view of the matter and for the reasons stated in affidavit-insupport of chamber summons, we allow the chamber summons in terms of prayer clause (a). The Petitioner is permitted to carry out amendment in the writ petition in terms of the schedule annexed to the chamber summons. In addition to this, the patilsr 1 / 2

Petitioner is also permitted to bring on record the letter dated 20th January 2018 by the Executive Engineer (DP) H&K, MCGM addressed to the Executive Engineer (IV), SRA. Necessary amendment be carried out within two weeks from today. The Petitioner shall thereafter serve copy of the amended petition on all concerned. Let the petition come up on board for admission as per the CMIS date.
