Today this suit has been listed under the caption of dismissal. From the perusal of the record it is apparent that on several earlier occasions, plaintiff was not represented. This can be seen from the orders dated 4 March 2013, 12 March 2013 and 5 September 2013. 2.

This apart, on 30 January 2020, none appeared for the plaintiffs, whereas defendant nos. 2 and 3 were represented. Again thereafter on 13 February 2020 none appeared for the plaintiffs. Even today none appears for the plaintiff. It is clear that the plaintiff is not interested to prosecute this suit.

Accordingly suit is dismissed for want for prosecution. [G.S. KULKARNI, J.]
