2] The said order is accordingly modified only to the extent of the typographical error pointed out in clause (a) of the said praecipe. Clause (a) of the said praecipe reads as under:- 1/2

3] Accordingly, in the last sentence of paragraph No. 2 of the said order, the word "Respondent No.1" is substituted by the word "Respondent No.2".
