4-nmcd2407-18.doc and laptop to the respondent at its Baroda office on or before 25th August, 2019. Statement made by the learned counsel for the applicant is accepted. In view of the statement made by the learned counsel on instructions from his client, who is present in Court, the notice of motion is made absolute in terms of prayer clause (a). It is made clear that if the applicant commits default in surrendering the car and laptop to the respondent within the time prescribed, interim stay granted by this Court to stand vacated without further reference to the Court. It is made clear that no further extension of time would be granted. There shall be no order as to costs. 2.
Hearing of the Arbitration Petition No.301 of 2019 and Commercial Arbitration Petition No.1278 of 2018 is expedited. 3.
The parties are at liberty to file the compilation of pleadings and documents in the office of the Prothonotary &Senior Master of this Court within four weeks from today with a copy to be served on the other side.
