The learned Senior Advocate appearing for the Municipal Corporation, on instructions, states that the Corporation shall process the amended plan submitted by the Petitioners seeking change of user in Wing-'A' of Kailash Heights and communicate its decision to the Petitioners within a period of three weeks from today. The statement is accepted with a clarification that the Municipal Corporation shall process the application of the Petitioners without taking into consideration the communication dated 19.11.2019, issued by the Deputy Chief Engineer (Building Proposal) to the Architect of the Petitioners (at page 185 of the Petition).
